The requirements are that the applicant:
Must be 18 years or older
Never attended the FPBA Convention before

Scholarship winner will be chosen by a panel of three people and will be notified on January 1, 2012.We would also like to make a dedication page for Pat in our convention booklet so if you have any Pat stories to keep her memory alive please send those to me. - Register as a Volunteer and attend the entire convention for only $200!
- REGISTER 5 & GET THE 6th REGISTRATION FREE! When you get five of your friends together and register by mail, your registration will be FREE.
- Do you do face painting and balloon sculpting for charity or do you work for a 501c3 corporation? If you do at least one charity event a year, we have a special rate just for you. SAVE $75 and pay just $275 for FULL REGISTRATION! Just go to the registration page and sign up under the ticket for CHARITY. We want to thank you for your service to others.
